Payment and Cancellation Policy

Course Fees:

The fee includes costs, such as course materials package, tuition fees, costs for issuance of certificates, etc. Attendees are responsible for making and paying for their hotel and travel arrangements.

Enrollment Conditions:

Course size is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis. Payment is due upon registration and the registration is not official until payment is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: training.support@erm.com.

  • Cancellations with more than 30 days before the day of the course are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested between 30 and 15 days before the day of the course are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Neither refunds nor transfers are allowed with less than 15 days before the start date of the course.

Refund Policy:

Depending on booking levels, we add to and amend the schedule from time to time. Please note that registration at any of our sessions is not a guarantee until the sessions are confirmed. Some sessions are at times cancelled due to insufficient booking. ERM CVS liability for cancelled sessions is limited to refund of the tuition.
