An effective Quality Lead Auditor will be capable to manage all stages of the audit maximizing the individual skills, resources and knowledge of the audit team, while applying the best communication practices to gather, analyze and provide insightful information to the leadership of the audited organization.
Conflict management, project management, information analysis and interpretation, leading skills and risk-based approach are only some of the factors the Lead Auditor will need to master to make sure the audit adds real value to the Quality Management System and the business.

Course Objectives
This course will teach students the ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 principles, required skills and behaviors to lead a team of quality auditors, the process to run an audit and the abilities to effectively communicate audit findings to the audited leadership. Experienced instructors will share with you real examples, case studies and best practices based on ISO 19011 to help you to understand the milestones to become an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

Materials
Students will get access to electronic materials online for reference during and after the course. Although ERM CVS will make an effort to have standards available to the students for reference during the course, due to copyright, it is expected that students bring their own standards to the course. Students are required to have webcam and microphone available and on during the course.

Prerequisites
