Disregard the standard of the Management System, ISO 19011 provides robust guidelines to competently lead a team of auditors, manage and lead all steps of an audit process and successfully overseeing the communication with the audit team and the auditee.

Course Objectives
Covering common principles applicable to any standard, this course will teach students the best practices, required skills and behaviors to lead an auditing team, the process to run an audit and the abilities to effectively communicate audit findings to the audited leadership.

Materials
Students will get access to electronic materials online for reference during and after the course. Although ERM CVS will make an effort to have standards available to the students for reference during the course, due to copyright, it is expected that students bring their own standards to the course. Students are required to have webcam and microphone available and on during the course.

Prerequisites
It is recommended to have a high-level understanding of ISO 19011 and students must have previously taken an Internal Auditor course of any ISO standard (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.), since this course doesn’t cover the fundamentals and principles of auditing.
