The “ISO 9001:2015 Implementation” three-day course teaches the internationally recognized ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and an effective strategy for step-by-step implementation.

The course is based on the ISO series of standards, including ISO 9000, ISO 9001, and ISO 19011. The course slides, exercises, and discussions stress the Process Approach and Risk-Based Thinking. The requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are explained in detail, and a practical, efficient, and effective proven strategy for successful QMS implementation and eventual ISO 9001 Registration is presented. Students learn the necessary ISO 9001 requirements and implementation techniques through a balance of formal classroom tutorials, team exercises, and open forum discussions.

Materials

Students will get access to electronic materials online for reference during and after the course. Although ERM CVS will make an effort to have standards available to the students for reference during the course, due to copyright, it is expected that students bring their own standards to the course. Students are required to have webcam and microphone available and on during the course.

Prerequisites

None required. Previous knowledge of a Quality Management System is preferred but not necessary.
